Islamovotelossophobia
noun
(Suggested submission addition for the ICD-11 (International Classification of Diseases for Mortality and Morbidity Statistics, 11th Revision, v2026-01)
Islamic vote loss phobia is a pecularity of left-leaning individiuals – notably Labour MPs – in the House of Commons and House of Lords, also afflicting their councillors and ‘the establishment’, and is characterised by a marked and excessive fear or anxiety that consistently occurs upon exposure or anticipation of exposure to anything that might upset Muslim community leaders and their block vote proxies, cause Muslim votes to swing to another party, or that conflicts with their indoctrinated, woke DEI idealogy. It is out of proportion to actual danger (other than that of losing of their constituency seat (and all the goodies that come with it)).

The phobic objects or situations are avoided or else endured with intense fear or anxiety (these are known to include the UK flag, GB News, the word ‘Reform’ when used near ‘UK’, the common working class, gammon, old people, white people, and anything outside of their protective, ring-fenced Westminster bubble).
The onset is triggered by Local and General Elections (and less frequently Referendums) and symptoms can persist for at least several month or years and are sufficiently severe to result in significant distress or significant impairment in personal, family, social, educational, occupational, or other important areas of functioning.
Cognitive and Brain Function:
Chronic indoctrination may lead to reduced IQ, impaired learning, memory loss, and difficulty with attention and motivation. These effects may be long-lasting or even permanent, especially if use starts in adolescence. Long-term Islamovotelossophobia is associated with a higher risk of developing, or worsening, mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia (especially in vulnerable individuals).
Addiction co-morbidity:
Can lead to dependency, where individuals need more and more public exposure and photo opportunities with prominent Muslims to achieve the same effect and experience withdrawal symptoms (insomnia, irritability, low mood) upon quitting.
Hallucinations:
Individuals might see or hear vivid, detailed scenes, or simple disturbances like light flashes. Many report seeing “The Far Right” in every corner, or hear them whispering in their run-down HMOs. Some reports indicate visual hallucinations may occur only when eyes are closed, often perceived as, but not limited to, visual imagery.
(Others suggest they are just sleeping after overindulging in the tax-payer subsidised bars and restaurants within the House of Commons).

These visual experiences occur when experiencing extreme mania—characterized by high energy, decreased sleep, rapid speech, and risky behaviour, in some cases, severe depression. Similarly, especially in chamber, other noises, such as groans, shouts of “rubbish,” or simple yelling, are used to indicate disapproval of anything triggering their phobia.
Associated symptoms noted include robotic speech, uncontrollable whataboutery and deflection, wearing clown costumes and dyeing your hair electric blue, uncontrolled head-shaking upset hearing anything they disagree with and saying “Nonononononono”.

Warnings and Support:
Experiencing psychosis is a psychiatric emergency and requires immediate medical attention.
If you or someone else is experiencing these symptoms, contact a healthcare professional, such as a GP or 111, as indicated by the NHS.
Do not approach when individuals experiencing Islamovotelossophobia are in the public eye, ESPECIALLY on BBC programmes like Question Time, as they are most easily triggered when they have a carefully selected audience to act out their faux rage to.
Warning, can lead to mass psychosis if pushed to leftist activist groups.
